How to Participate
The implementation of the EOS CODE is voluntary
In order to subscribe to and implement the EOS CODE, you have to be a tour operator
or a travel agent
. In these terms are included outgoing and incoming travel agencies
, as well as tour operators in outgoing tourism
and destination management companies
. The Code addresses mainly package travel.
During the first operational stages of the EOS CODE, only tour operators and travel agencies members of the five Associations of the member states participating in the EOS CODE Project can apply as signatories of the Code. Subsequently, the Code will be open for all tour operators and travel agencies in all member states.
The EOS CODE has been designed mainly for small and micro travel enterprises, but no enterprise is excluded due to its size. Sustainable tourism and increased quality of services is a goal to be achieved by every player in tourism.
Before applying for registration, the candidate signatory must read carefully and accept
the 9 Principles of EOS CODE, which he will have to implement throughout his subscription. Therefore, by clicking the button “The Code”

, you will be transferred to the EOS CODE Principles
Only after clicking the button “I Agree”
you will be granted access to the Registration Form
to fill it in.
Your application will be forwarded for approval to the competent Association
of tour operators and travel agencies in your country.
Once your application cleared, you will be a registered user of EOS CODE
with full access to all parts of this website.
The short and easy Training
will guide you through the necessary steps for the implementation of the Code. After completing it and passing the Self-assessment Test
, you will be able to prepare your annual action plan and begin to implement EOS CODE in parts or all of your business areas, as stated in it.
